CGCC and DX51D+Z PPGI prepainted color steel sheet is used for roofing sheets, wall panels, building cladding, home appliance panels, and light fabricated steel parts.

The product is made from hot dipped galvanized steel substrate with a color-coated surface. The zinc coating provides base corrosion protection, while the paint system improves appearance, weatherability, and surface consistency for visible applications.

The material combines galvanized steel substrate with a continuous paint coating system. The zinc coating range is 20–275g/m², supporting different application environments.

The top surface uses 10–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. Paint options include polyester, SMP, and PVDF for different requirements on durability, outdoor exposure, and color retention.
