1．Product Overview

JIS G3312 CGCC DX51D+Z LFQ prepainted color steel coil is designed for roofing sheets, wall cladding, steel structure buildings, home appliance panels, and other visible sheet applications.

The product uses a hot dipped galvanized steel substrate with a color coating system. The zinc coating provides base corrosion protection, while the painted surface improves appearance, weatherability, and color consistency for finished panels.

2．Technical Solution

The coil combines galvanized steel substrate, primer, and finish coating in a continuous coating process.

The top surface uses 10–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include polyester, SMP, and PVDF. Polyester is suitable for standard applications, SMP provides improved weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
