1．Product Overview

Hollow section galvanized welded steel pipes are used for structural frames, construction supports, water and gas delivery, mechanical fabrication, and general engineering applications.

The product is manufactured by ERW welding technology and can be supplied with galvanized, oiled, black, color painted, or other anti-corrosive surface treatments. Standard lengths include 5.8M and 6M, with customized lengths available according to project requirements.

2．Technical Solution

The steel pipe is produced by forming steel strip into hollow section or round pipe shape and welding it through ERW processing.

Galvanized surface treatment improves corrosion resistance for outdoor and humid applications. Oiled or black surface treatment is suitable for temporary rust protection, welding, painting, and further fabrication.

Plain ends, beveled ends, threaded ends with couplings or sockets, plastic caps, and steel rings can be supplied according to application

requirements.
