Product Description

Big Spangle Corrosion Resistant Corrugated Steel Roof Sheets for Roofing and Wall Cladding

1.Product Overview

Big spangle corrugated steel roof sheets are used for roofing and wall cladding applications where corrosion resistance, formed sheet rigidity, and decorative surface appearance are required.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal and is coated with an organic paint system. The AZ coating supports substrate corrosion protection, while the corrugated profile improves roof drainage and panel stiffness for building projects.

2.Technical Solution

The roofing sheet is produced from galvalume steel substrate with AZ coating from 50–180g/m². After surface coating, the sheet is formed into corrugated roofing profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing applications, SMP is used for improved weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
