The panels are manufactured from CGLCC or DX51D+AZ galvalume steel according to JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 standards.

The AZ coating range from 50–180g/m² provides corrosion protection for outdoor use. The coating system includes 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer on the top surface, and 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer on the back surface.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, PVC, and PVDF for different weather exposure and durability requirements.
